Ethan S. Miller received the B.S. (2003) from Ohio Northern University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science, and earned the M.S. (2005) from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota. In 2009, he completed the requirements for the Ph.D. in Electrical Enginering with the Remote Sensing and Space Science group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is presently employed by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Interests Current Interests
- Instabilities and irregularities in the post-sunset equatorial ionosphere; Instabilities of the middle latitude ionosphere; Fusion of data from ground-based optical imagers, radars, GPS receivers, and space-based sensors; imaging and visualization; Engineering education.
- Past Interests: Electrical properties of materials at GHz frequencies, Silicon optoelectronic packaging, Crosstalk reduction in VLSI.
